This leading food brand are looking for a Group Brand Manager to join their busy team. Reporting to the Marketing Manager, this role is part of a newly created team. You will be responsible for developing and implementing rolling brand plans to deliver stretching growth targets, maximising all marketing channels across communications, digital, social and in-store. The role will continually optimise and evolve brand strategies based on category and consumer insight. You will analyse and conduct post campaign evaluations and provide updates to the Marketing Manager.

Responsible for a team of 5, this role will lead and develop the team across core teritary, NPD and licencing/events. You will have full brand budget ownership and global involvement and liaison with international teams.

The ideal candidate will have significant experience working in a strong marketing FMCG environment, ideally within food or drink. You will have experience in creating insight led brand strategies and brand development. You will have excellent leadership skills and the ability to inspire cross-functional teams. A driving licence is essential for this position.
