As the driver of all brand communication activities designed to deliver the brand strategy you will work closely with the whole marketing function and external agency partners to develop and deliver winning strategies that engage consumers every day, including advertising, digital, social and PR.  As you police the brand the buck stops with you for all external communication activity and therefore you will have a deep appreciation of how brands are made, grown and maintained as you enforce brand guidelines and ensure license partners are fully aligned with the brand plan.  

As Marketing Manager you will work with the head of marketing to develop long term brand strategy, build on consumer insight to develop a communications strategy that truly engages their audience and manage the development and implementation of the annual media plan and execution of any new advertising production required to deliver this.

You will be an experienced marketer with a background working for a well established FMCG brand. You will likely be a Senior Brand Manager ready for your next step on the career ladder or a Marketing Manager looking for a side-step to a highly entrepreneurial team with the flexibility, autonomy and influence rarely achievable in a larger blue chip environment.
