Senior Global Innovation Manager - Part Time

A new and exciting opportunity to join a category leading FMCG business as a Senior Global Brand Innovation Manager on a part time basis (3 days per week).

This role exists in order to help the business seek out the key consumer, category, cultural, technological and competitive opportunities that are happening in the increasingly diverse global environment. Not only will you ensure the business is at the forefront of understanding these key influences within the market, but you will be instrumental in developing potential solutions to pursue, across both marketing and innovation, in response to these shifts.

As a result, the role will have a strong influence across senior leaders within marketing and innovation. You will allocate at least half of your time to working with the Future Planning team to inform and influence their project pipeline and to ensure they are acting upon the emerging opportunities most relevant. The remainder of your time will be allocated to ad hoc marketing projects across a number of major markets.

• Proven experience of identifying and acting on key trends within the market
