My client are one of the UK’s most successful artisan coffee roasters producing quality premium coffee with impeccable ethical credentials.  They continue to grow in the UK’s burgeoning “coffee culture” where they have a respected and leading position.

As they continue to grow, exciting opportunities present themselves and they now have one such opportunity for an experienced sales and account management professional.

The role is challenging and demanding and involves managing a portfolio of existing accounts and developing new prospects within the “boutique” coffee scene within independents and small group accounts.

Responsibilities include:

  • Delivering revenue and growth within your account portfolio. Management of a new business pipeline. Journey and account planning. Strategic input.
  • Ensuring targets for retention and account development are exceeded.
  • New business planning.

It is envisaged that the role will be essentially a field based one and will require knowledge and experience of the coffee industry.

The successful candidate will have:

  • Structured commercial, sales and account management. Track record of developing a region. Strong people skills. Knowledge and experience of sales processes and strategic planning for success.
  • Experience of the coffee industry (essential)
