Client Insight Manager

A rare and exciting opportunity to join one of the world's leading market research businesses as a Client Insight Manager working on one of their most high profile accounts.

The business is well respected throughout the retail and FMCG industries for providing their clients with detailed insight about what is going on within the market place but more importantly why consumers are behaving in the way that they are.

Their clients range from the UKs leading retailer to the largest soft drinks business globally. They also work with a number of other businesses in sectors such as retail, beauty, electricals and fresh produce.

The Category Insight Manager role will see you…

• Acting as the day to day point of contact for client requests
• Analysing consumer data to give insight into market and category trends
• Building strong relationships with key client contacts and with the wider client team
• Presenting impactful presentations to the client providing advice on how they should develop their products and categories
• Coaching and develop more junior members of the team

If you've got what it takes to be successful in this role you will be able to demonstrate the following skills:

• Ability to analyse complex data and give insight into category and consumer trends
• Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to develop strong relationships both internally and externally
• Strong commercial awareness - you will need to make recommendations that are actionable by the client and take into account return on investment
• Great presentation skills with the ability to turn your insights into a category story.
