Non Food Purchasing Manager

My client is a well known £390m restaurant business based in London looking to take on a enthusiastic Indirect buyer.

With over 400 restaurants across the UK with plans of expansion this is an exciting opportunity to work with a leading brand name.

Responsible for all non food spend which includes all IT, Marketing, Utilities, Travel etc.

Key job roles include:
- Proactive management of the full portfolio of products within the non foods.
- Manage and negotiate all non food contracts.
- Work with operational functions to deliver effective supply chain solutions for new menu items and other initiatives.
- Manage and negotiate Utilities contracts (Electricity, Gas).

Potential candidates MUST have at least 3 years indirect procurement experience within a similar food or retail organisation

- A degree is not essential but very advantageous
