Regional Account executive
Salary - £24,000 OTE £40, 000 + Car + Benefits

My client is an international leader in the frozen food industry, employing 19,000 people and operating 50 production facilities on six continents. A privately owned company with offices throughout Canada and the world, my client generates annual sales in excess of $6 billion. Their products can be found in thousands of restaurants and supermarket freezers in more than 160 countries.
In a growing and fast moving market they are looking to employ a Regional Business executive to be part of a national network of highly focused and motivated business managers to drive company revenue by promoting the brand and developing new business opportunities in your designated region.
Key responsibilities:
* Develop sales opportunities through new business accounts and developing incremental business.
* Demonstrate and explain a product in a structured approach to ensure new and existing business.
* Manage locate distributors and national depots in your region
* Full implementation of all/any price changes in line with company directive to wholesalers and end users
* General administration to be fully completed on time demonstrating attention to detail
Personal profile
* Able to develop networks and partnerships across the value of the value chain.
* Strong sales drive with the ability to monitor and review own deliver against set targets
* A strong communicator that is able to listen closely to client requirements and deliver on areas of alignment.
* Potential to build a career measurable career path with the brand and enjoy demonstrating this to customer base.
* A self-starter with persuasive selling skills and networking skills
* Knowledge of FMCG/Foodservice is essential
This role would be most suitable to a candidate that has a structured and proven sales approach at winning new business coupled with a dynamic personality to deliver results on a daily basis.
