Job Details

An exciting opportunity has arisen to join a fast growth spirits business. Their portfolio includes a mix of new, premium spirits brands being launched within the UK market as well as established high volume brands which are household names. They are a fast paced business who are growing fast, and part of this growth means they need feet on the street to help grow and develop their brands within the coolest bars and clubs within the UK.

 These roles are integral to the business, you will be responsible for increasing awareness and distribution of all spirit brands within the on-trade of your respective city. There will be a mixture of prospecting as well as managing existing accounts which will include key independent on-trade bars and clubs. As well as being the face of these super-cool brands, you will also be responsible for organising events, promotional plans, tastings and cocktail training.

This is a role for a high calibre Manchester/ Edinburgh/ Glasgow based Brand Specialist. You will be well connected within the key city centre bars/clubs in your area, and have a good understanding of the spirits market, ideally with proven business development experience. This person will ideally have 1-2 years’ experience within an on- trade role for a spirits business, or have come from a bar background looking to start a career on the other side of the bar. You will be a good communicator, be proactive in identifying and converting opportunities, and a strong advocate for premium spirits brands. This is a small business that will grow quickly, so you need to be equally as fast paced with a real openness to change, and a desire to work hard to make a difference and succeed.
