As a Retail Development Representative, you will be at the heart of this growth, maximising every opportunity to increase sales.

We’re looking for people who can grow with us. You must be a graduate, with the confidence and communication skills to visit small independent retailers, symbol groups and other convenience stores in your territory and represent high-profile brands such as Ferrero Rocher, Tic Tac, Nutella, Bueno and Kinder Surprise. Ideally, you’ll already have some experience in FMCG, so you’ll know how to engage retailers, position brands and build strong customer relationships.
This is a rare opportunity: a graduate role where you won’t be wrapped in cotton wool. You’ll be out in the field, managing your own time, taking responsibility for meeting targets and getting the rewards you deserve. If you’ve got determination, initiative and resilience, then there are no limits on how far you can go.
