Their success has been driven through a combination of creative brand development and shrewd brand acquisition. They have exciting plans for 2014/15 and are confident of further enhancing their market share.

The Role: Managing a team of 7 field sales representatives, your divisional remit will be to develop and nurture the company's most important distribution partners. Your team will be responsible for managing key relationships and delivering against profit and volume forecasts. Selling through wholesalers, reps will assist in driving sales through the independent channel whilst increasing brand awareness. With the business focusing on growing category share it is vital that you have good influencing skills and understand the principals of POS and distribution. In addition you will need to be a creative thinker who is comfortable challenging internal processes to improve the companies performance.

The Person: The ideal candidate will have a background in FMCG food or beverage sales management and an understanding of either the independent or wholesale channel. It is imperative that you are highly organised, a strong man manager, a genuine hardworking person with an ambitious outlook and a willingness to progress.
