Reporting to the Marketing Director, you will be responsible for the delivery of the short-mid term brand strategy, for a portfolio of high profile brands within a fast paced, innovative and dynamic category.

Holding vast autonomy, you will manage the creation and delivery of the operating plan, as well as key strategic projects to ensure business objectives are achieved. The position is also responsible for significant budget accountability.

The role is hugely visible internally, with regular access to board level stakeholders, as well as senior management from other commercial functions. For high performers, there are exceptional opportunities for further development across the group - within either marketing, category or sales.

Candidates will demonstrate a successful and progressive career to date within a blue chip FMCG or Retail organisation. This would be a great development move for an existing brand manager seeking increased strategic remit, or an existing Category Manager, Buyer or National Account Manager keen to broaden their experience within Commercial Marketing. You will possess excellent analytical, project management and senior level influencing skills, with the desire to make an impact and encompass lots of responsibility.
