Salary: £21K, 20% KPI bonus plus company car 

Due to a new client relationship, ShopSmart Agency is currently recruiting for exceptional, enthusiastic and determined Field Sales Executives, who will be working within Convenience & Impulse retailers, selling in and managing long term distribution of a brand new range of Energy Drinks and Soft Drinks on behalf of our client; Global Functional Drinks.

Global Functional Drinks is a young and ambitious company that specialises in soft drinks from brand inception to brand promotion. The company uses original recipes developed in-house. Their products come in a variety of flavours and enjoy unique functional characteristics that make them suitable for a wide range of occasions.

Salary:           £21K, 20% KPI bonus plus company car

Location:       London, Inner M25

The Role:

• The face of an exciting new product, developing strong customer relationships throughout your territory
• Representing Global Functional Drinks and the product range to the highest possible standard
• Delivering our client objectives and targets
• Driving new stockists within your territory through active sales and engagement
• Installation and management of associated equipment and POS
• Providing on-going support to participating stockists
• Submission of accurate reporting and market intelligence

The person we are looking for:

• You will be highly motivated and sales focussed
• You will be an excellent communicator with first class influencing and negotiation skills
• You will either…
• have experience  in Retail or Field Marketing in a similar role, preferably within the Independent/Convenience & Impulse sector or
• be of graduate calibre looking for your first or second position in a field sales role

Either way; as the face of our client’s brand, you must have a huge amount of determination, enthusiasm and energy to succeed!
