Customer Business Manager

Our client is a multinational organisation who are forward thinking and lead the way in innovation across personal care products. They are one of the worlds most respected brands and are looking for a selection of Customer Business account professionals to develop the brand further across the top 5 retailers and high street account.

Our client is offering rapid route progression and development within these customer facing oppporuitnities; opportunities to progress to Senior Customer Business Manager and Controller levels within the next 12 to 14 months.

As Customer Business Manager you will be in a customer focused role where you will be responsible for the development of your account’s grow and profitability; this will require you to liaise with other departments in order to gain a fully insight into the market trends in order to provide successful innovation and development as well as meeting the customer needs. You will be working closely with the category management team so to ensure strategies are aligned in order to achieve the customers’ expectations. You will have P&L awareness in order to accomplish these strategies within the Net Profit Margins.

In order to be successful as Customer Business Manager you are required to have previous experience within the Branded FMCG industry and have relationships within the top retailers and high street customers. You will be working as part of a team therefore you should be highly influential person who can motivate others and preform in order to achieve the team and organisational targets. You will be working in an innovative and customer focused environment therefore this is something which you should hold as value also.

You should have previous experience as; National Account Manager, Sales Manager, Business Development Manager, Customer Development Manager, Commercial Manager. It is essential you have exposure to the Top 5 retailers within FMCG. You should be at a manager level with strong account experience.
