Already the team has brought us a long way in a short time and as an Insight Analyst you could take us even further even faster.

With the full backing of the Board, true customer insight is driving exciting changes across our business, adding measurable value, and putting what customers really want at the top of our agenda.

The insight function is growing fast in size and influence, which means there could hardly be a better time to bring your talents to us. You’ll develop customer analysis and insight that informs targeting decisions and helps us win and keep even more loyal customers. Working hand in hand with our Closer to Customers and Customer Value Management teams, as well as colleagues in our Online business, you’ll develop customer segments, track customer behaviours and loyalty and deliver conclusions to the monthly Board update.

If you think it’s just number crunching you couldn’t be more wrong. Creativity counts here and you’ll need it in bucket loads to solve complex problems and turn your findings into practical, powerful, profitable recommendations. You really will have a hand in shaping strategy so long as you have the presentation, interpersonal and influencing skills to impress senior decision makers. Technically, you’ll need advanced level skills in MS Excel and high level skills in one or more programming or analytical languages such as SQL, Visual Basic, Business Objects, SAS or SPSS.
