As part of the next phase of a focused growth strategy, the company is now looking for an energetic, engaged and successful commercial professional.

Reporting to the Sales Director, this is an important strategic role covering convenience retail including Iceland, wholesale and the discounters which account for a substantial part of the Jeyes business. With full responsibility for P&L and leading/coaching a team of 7, you’ll drive all commercial aspects of growing the branded product portfolio, including joint business planning, terms negotiation and category development.

We’re looking for senior level commercial acumen gained within an FMCG non-food, food or drink branded company and a proven track record of profitable sales growth in the Impulse Channel, preferably with experience of wholesale, convenience retailers and, potentially, the major discounters too. You could currently be a Commercial Controller or an ambitious SNAM working in the Impulse Channel and looking to step up to the next level. Either way, you’ll need outstanding team leadership skills and a strong focus on performance development.

Location is flexible but you’ll need to attend our Cambridge/Thetford offices 2 days a week.
