WHAT YOU WILL DO: You will join a business and a team which is performing well and growing ahead of the market. In this development role you will report to the Grocery Controller and take responsibility for a Top 4 retailer and drive this client’s pipeline of innovation and new product development. You will engage positively with your buyer and their team and manage projects and initiatives to maximise sales and profit. You will enjoy taking responsibility and developing your career in this positive and engaging environment.

ABOUT YOU: This is a perfect next step for an ambitious graduate with at least 5 year’s structured FMCG sales experience. You’ll have experience of managing customer relationships and exposure to National Accounts. You have worked with major brands and have been exposed to category management initiatives. You feel ready for your first step into a Top 4 role and now need the opportunity to shine.
