We take B2B seriously - delivering sales solutions that help our corporate customers connect with theirs. From small sole traders to giant multinationals, we provide business customers of all shapes and sizes with market leading products and amazing service. Keeping in touch with such a high volume of business customers is no small task, which is where your telephone account management skills come in. We'll look to you to build great relationships - getting close to our customers, even though you're at a distance.

What you'll do:

  • Take charge of a large portfolio of existing customer accounts
  • Plan how to retain, grow and develop your accounts against tough competition
  • Contact customers by phone and email from your office base and convince them we have more to offer
  • Meet ambitious targets, including customer satisfaction and profit
  • Be ready to take on responsibility up to Account Director level.

 

You'll definitely:

 

  • Have experience of telephone account management or telesales in the B2B sector
  • Be up to speed on buying processes in the IT or telecommunications industry
  • Communicate like a pro, whether over the phone or via email
  • Show us well-honed sales skills - from opening through to closing
  • Work happily under your own steam, developing winning account plans and translating them into sales.
  • Know your way around a PC, including PowerPoint and CRM systems.
