Key Account Manager 

As a result of our continued growth and expansion plans we are looking for a high calibre individual who will take responsibility for the day to day management of some of our key customers and have the autonomy to identify opportunities, drive the business and accelerate sales. Based at our support centre in Derby, there will be some travel involved to meet our key clients.

Key Areas of Responsibility

• Regular meetings with the clients and updates to senior stakeholders within the business.
• Understand the customer challenges and meet the needs of the customer and the Company.
• Build top level relationships with our customers
• Be able to identify any gaps and make recommendations on business opportunities following feedback and meetings with the customer.
• Proactively manage the relationship with the customer and be influential in the growth of the account.
• Understand and adhere to operational procedures

To be considered for this role you must have:
 
• Relevant experience gained in a marketing or sales led role 
• Be commercially astute
• Have strong influencing and numerical skills
• Self starter and highly motivated
• Enthusiastic, driven and target focused
• Highly organised with meticulous attention to detail 
• Be results orientated
• Have a “can do” attitude as you may be working on your own or as part of a small team and possess strong communication skills.
