Do you relish the responsibility of managing key retail accounts? Have a proven track record of exceeding sales targets, building strong relationships and delivering best in class execution in store and online?

NOW TV is currently in a rapid growth period as we expand our product offering and the routes to market in which we operate. As part of this expansion over the last year we launched our retail channel to make our products and services available in national multiples. As the Retail Account Manager you will have responsibility of managing up to 4 key retail accounts with a focus on developing and strengthening the relationships to ultimately drive growth.

You'll build joint business plans with customers which capture agreed joint goals, develop strategies that include weekly targets, with forecasts and activities to achieve the targets and KPIs, getting into the detail to ensure plans are executed well, monitor compliance and always reviewing results to mitigate risks and maximise opportunities. You will manage the invoice process between supply chain and finance ensuring it runs smoothly and capture sales data from retailers, sharing insights with the wider NOW TV team and look to build and refine processes, constantly thinking of way to improve what we do.

You will be a good sales person, accountable for your numbers, always planning to achieve your targets with previous experience of working with the retail sector, in the Account Management field, either from supplier or retail side. You'll be self-motivated, a willingness to have confidence in your goals in a small agile team where the ethos is the team target prioritises individual targets, appreciating the bigger picture.

You'll have the ability to build effective customer relationships to achieve the best results for NOW TV; strong analytical skills to enable you to build strong business cases; excellent communication and influencing skills to enable you to get your ideas across to people in a thought through manner to achieve the desired outcome. A focus on being organised and structured, whilst delivering key tasks and plans will be critical. Previous experience in consumer electronics and/or home entertainment is preferred but not essential.

This role will involve significant travel 1-2 days per week, mainly across London and the Home Counties.
