£18k-£23k Basic + Excellent Bonus Package

Biggest in the US and swarming all over Europe, Monster Energy is hungry for more success. The expanding team is looking for talented Trade Development Managers who will share our passion and drive for growing the brand across the GB Independent Store Universe.

The Role

Calling on Independent Retail Stores within your territory

Responsible for growing distribution and developing the Monster range across your store base

Ensuring effective merchandising standards are implemented to maximise brand visibility

Responsible for delivering results in line with set targets

Working closely with local C&C depots to provide support with sales driving initiatives

The Person

Ideally have FMCG field sales experience within the independent sector

Be able to demonstrate a structured approach to selling

Have a proven track record of delivering results against set targets

Be passionate, resilient, motivated and very competitive whilst being an effective team player

Organised and focused, with the belief that you can really make an impact on your territory

An ability to build and develop strong relationships is important
