An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Customer Marketing Manager to join our growing International team to support them in driving sales with our international customers by creating and developing marketing plans and strategies in conjunction with the Business Managers. You will act as the central point of communication for all product and market related international activities.

About the role….

When you join us as Customer Marketing Manager, some of your key responsibilities will include:- 

  • Drive marketing, product and brand initiatives which will help support a clear and consistent market position to build out brand awareness and platform internationally.
  • Work with our Business Managers and New Product Development teams to creative products or platforms for our international customers.
  • Assume responsibility for the ‘best in class’ sales tools for both our All year round and seasonal products. Working with key stakeholders from around the business to make sure the tools utilised are standardised.
  • Support the Business Managers with the launch of key seasonal ranges and any new NPD launches. Making sure you have the best customer and product market knowledge available to ensure we maximize the market opportunity eg. Through media effectiveness.
  • Form relationships with key stakeholders within our customers to understand their strategy to make sure that we able to drive activities that will support this.
  • Analyse, interpret and present key data regarding the market and our customers to help the International sales team understand our customers and market in more depth.
  • Working with the UK Commercial and UK Marketing teams to make sure that the brand is represented in a consistent way throughout and that ideas are shared across all markets.
  • Management of the International Marketing Budget.
  • Responsible to keeping the team up to date on new product launches and market related news. Including competitor analysis to support in our international pricing structure.

About you…

This role requires someone who has proven experience of working within an FMCG sales, trade or brand marketing time role previously who has a keen eye for detail. You will need to have excellent stake holder management experience previously and be comfortable working with a number of internal and external stakeholders on a continuous basis. A love and passion for our products is necessary in this role along with the want to work within an international setting. A good working knowledge of Microsoft Office systems is needed for this role.
