Job Details

Our client is one of Europe’s leading specialists in nutritional food manufacturing with a portfolio of sector-leading brands, which are highly respected and renowned within the industry.

Recognised for setting industry standards and supported by numerous awards and accreditations, they are firmly established as a leading player in their sector.

Due to double-digit growth in the last financial year the business is looking to recruit a newly created position of Senior Brand Manager.  As SBM you will own a portfolio of their leading brands in their entirety, and be responsible for developing and delivering brand plans to achieve profitable growth and further enhance the brand portfolio.

Responsible for the brand portfolio with the most significant growth potential, you will use your initiative to be the key driver of market insight, competitor activity and brand potential to ultimately achieve number one brand status within the designated channels.  You will need to provide detailed 12 month plans for each brand supporting the overall business commercial objectives.  You will play a key part in shaping the future growth of the organisation and the ability to be influential at all levels within the organisation and customers is therefore critical.

The successful candidate will need to have a proven track record in the development and delivery of growth plans for premium FMCG brands whilst demonstrating a passionate work ethic and understanding of brand building.  A strong desire to succeed and the ability to operate in a professional ambassadorial manor will fit into the businesses ethos.  You will also need to possess the versatility to switch between strategic and operational tasks with a hands on approach and be focussed on delivering results.

Support will be provided by key stakeholders and the commercial director with ample opportunity to stamp your mark on the brand development with a progression ladder in place to become Marketing Manager.
