As we prepare to embark on an ambitious growth plan joining us now as an Account Manager couldn’t be more high profile. It means you’ll work with an extraordinary portfolio of brands, helping to develop the beer category, as well as meeting all of our customers drinks needs by supplying our range of products across other categories such as wines, ciders, spirits and soft drinks.

You will help us promote Molson Coors as supplier of first choice by managing, developing, growing,  servicing and selling to a customer  account portfolio of all types including pubs, nightclubs and social clubs. You will be delivering brand and sales plans providing a high quality customer experience that achieves greater customer advocacy.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Actively promote our First Choice for Customers philosophy,  building long-term win-win relationships and ensuring a one-team approach that  delivers  a high quality customer experience.
  • Research, plan and organise territory, identifying opportunities for entire portfolio ensuring most effective use of time, resources and  responsiveness to customer needs.
  • Prospect for and secure profitable new business achieving net year on year growth.
  • Deliver a profit  and cash flow plan through  growing sales revenue by managing own brand beer distribution, price, rate of sale and  securing greater penetration and share of your customer’s total drinks business.
  • Actively sell-in the Molson Coors drinks range and help customers to sell-out through great brand execution.

Qualifications & Experience:

You should have a solid Sales / Account Management track record in an FMCG or similar business.

We are looking for candidates who can demonstrate the following skill and experience:

  • Strong Account Management experience & planning skills
  • You will be a strong team player with the ability to deliver as a collective in addition to individual results.
  • Proven ability to meet goals and manage by high personal standards
  • Identifies underlying customer and business needs & ability to sell in the features and benefits of Molson Coor’s products through a structured process.
  • Strong consultative selling experience and capability
  • Brand literacy
  • Full P and L management capability
  • Territory and business planning
  • Self motivated with the credibility and energy to bring others with them
