Job Details
My client is one of the country’s most dynamic and innovative spirits companies, passionate about creating quality mixed drinks and cocktails. They are a leading sales and marketing consumer-led business which manage a portfolio of iconic brands, as well as representing premium third party drinks brands. They are passionate in their belief that every drink can be perfectly made, their aim is to be the most recognisable trade and consumer educational platform for quality mixed drinks and cocktails in the UK through their continual programme of investment.
Due to internal progression, they are looking to employ a National Account Executive to manage independent cash and carry accounts within London, of which 4 fall within the company’s top 20 customers. You will be regularly negotiating at all levels, building relationships with both internal and external customers, growing and strengthening their brands whilst also creating and implementing profitable strategies to deliver individual and team targets.
To be considered for this role you must have proven field sales experience, ideally within the FMCG industry, with a demonstrated record of delivering volume, distribution and achieving profit targets. As well as being highly numerate, a strong negotiator and analytical, you must be able to demonstrate that you can work unsupervised and to balance this with being able to work effectively within a team. As a self-starter, you will thrive in working within a results-orientated environment.
This is a role for a self-motivated, resilient brand builder and will require a foundation of outstanding interpersonal skills, and will build on this with your ability to consistently deliver results. Candidates must move or be based within the territory.
