The Car Peoples believe in retailing cars by offering our customers the very best in service rather than high pressure sales or gimmicks, giving the best choice of vehicles locally and prepared to the very highest standards. We are now looking for a team Leader to help take our Handover department to the next level.

As the team leader you will be on the frontline to ensure we deliver the `WOW` experience to all of our customers. You will need to be a highly organised and motivated person who loves a varied challenge as each day is different, ensuring we maximise add on sales whilst delivering the very best customer experience.

  • Inspiring your team to be the best they can be and maximising their potential through coaching, monthly 1 to 1`s and daily meetings
  • Controlling the quality of cars prior to customers collecting
  • Observation testing to ensure we are delivering the very best customer experience whilst being fully compliant with FCA regulations
  • Achieving the company KPI`s using the team and tools provided
  • Organising rotas and holidays to ensure we have maximum cover for the department
  • Ensuring like your business, you continue to drive and improve your own performance and development

Experience and Skills

  • Experience in a customer facing role for a minimum of 2 years
  • Strong leadership skills
  • Highly organised
  • First rate customer service skills
  • Self motivated
  • Driving Licence

What we Offer

  • Every Sunday off and 1 day during the week
  • A Basic salary of £20,000
  • Bonus Based on Product Sales
  • OTE @ 25% Pen £23,750
  • OTE @35%  Pen £28,400
  • 28 Days Holiday
