You will be responsible for driving profitable growth of the category in line with the UK Retail strategy as well as identifying and developing new initiatives and optimizing value & profit.

 

You role will require:

 

- Profitable account management with Top 4 retailers.

- Commercial acumen – contract negotiation, JBPs, trade promotions,

 budgets, forecasts.

- Successful delivery of NPD solutions

- Category Management & product mix within own label

- Data insight interpretation & use as a selling tool

- Project management – for NPD launches & larger strategic growth projects

- Relationship builder & team player – internally and externally

- ‘Can do attitude’, enthusiasm and determination to succeed

- Reporting directly to the Sales Director UK and Ireland

You will have a proven track record and strong experience of the UK retail sector  and have a passion for food.

 

Bridor offers a competitive basic salary plus 20% quarterly bonus and excellent benefits including company car, pensions, private health insurance and daily meal expenses.

 

This position is home-based but you should live with an easy commute of our UK office in Aldershot, Hampshire. You will report directly to the Sales Director UK and Ireland.
