Our client is a leading manufacturer of bespoke branded and own label ceramics, kitchenware and design led tableware. Their product offering includes some excellent licenses and brands to cater for all tastes. They now have a strong portfolio of customers, supplying a wide range of retailers from the grocers to high end department stores. As part of a global lifestyle business, our client is a stable business with a strong support network for its UK and global operations. Due to the development of their team they are now seeking a Brand Manager to join their business.

The Brand Manager will grow business with existing customers, identify new opportunities to create competitive advantage, ensuring Table Top and Kitchenware products are unique and on trend developing and driving key initiatives internally and across key customer groups. You will look to develop long-term growth plans to achieve innovative and strategic brand and licensing goals, communicating with key partners in order to do so. You will be keen to discover new opportunities for brand and product development as well as maximising product sales and market share. You will work with marketing in order to achieve effective initial branding and the building of brand equity across various channels as well as sales to drive consumer purchase interest in licensed products across all sales channels including online.

In order to be considered for this opportunity you will currently be working with a similar position or a buying role within a home ware business or department. You should have a strong understanding of the product development process and proven experience in your ability to create long term, effective strategies. Previous experience of sourcing from the Far East is essential as this will play a vital part in the role. It is also necessary to have strong analytical skills, with drive and passion for the products to overcome any problems you may encounter.
