An exciting opportunity has arisen within an entrepreneurial, branded food manufacturer based in Cambridge for a Marketing Manager to take the lead on the jams & spreads category! This is a business that has been experiencing continual growth for the last few years through a variety of acquisitions and projects, and they are looking for a creative Marketing Manager to help develop and build their long-term vision for the spreads category.

Reporting straight into the Marketing Director, this role encompasses: - strategic leadership, commercial accountability, portfolio planning and executional delivery of agreed plans across the full marketing mix (ATL/BTL, price/promotional, positioning/equity, distribution/visibility) as well as the aim to build a talented, motivated team.

They are looking for someone who has solid experience within the FMCG industry from a Marketing background who isn't afraid to get stuck in and bring new ideas to the table!
