Job Title: Regional Sales Manager / Demonstration Chef

Currently working with a global manufacturer of commercial cooking equipment who are looking to recruit a new Regional Sales manager / Demonstration Chef to cover a East London territory covering Romford, Bromley, Dartford and East London postcodes.

As one of the leading and most well respected names in the sector this is a fantastic opportunity to forge a long term career with a truly global player in the sector.

Client will be looking to recruit an enthusiastic passionate entrepreneurial candidate. This role will involve working with end-user customers and the dealers and distributors, selling this innovative market leading equipment to customers throughout the HoReCa sector. You will sell to decision makers that include Chef’s, buyers, managers, consultants, designers and business owners.

To apply you must have a culinary background, having held a senior role within a commercial kitchen. This role will involve cooking demonstrations to be a competent chef is essential. You will need the confidence to cook, present and sell to other Chefs and senior management; this is not a job for those that do not have Chef skills and an outgoing personality.

Ideally candidates will have some experience of the sales process, ideally already having sold catering equipment or a catering service to the sector whether that is food drink or consumables.

Candidates without any selling experience will need to have a flair for sales and be ‘commercial’, outgoing and able to build relationships’ with a variety of people.

The ability to identify new opportunities and able to confidently communicate the features and benefits of the equipment is essential. Building strong lasting working relationships with the end-users and dealer networks is imperative.
