As a Sales Team Manager in the Retentions office, you'll lead and manage a team of office-based sales superstars. Your goal? To grow business targets and achieve profitable re-sign. Under your leadership, the team will aim to reduce churn in line with the business' 2 and 5 year plans. With a focus on the EE brand for acquisition, you'll turn business plans into actionable sales activities and work with managers across the business to improve the EE customer experience.

What you'll do:

  • Go above and beyond to help your team beat business targets in terms of revenue, volume, retention, migration and customer satisfaction
  • Lead your team to be the best it can be and encourage a 'can do' attitude
  • Deal with any underperformance in line with EE procedures
  • Look after the development of your team members as individuals
  • Let the wider stakeholder group know all about your team's achievements and activities
  • Work across other directorates to represent market and customer requirements.

 

You'll definitely:

  • Have successfully managed office-based sales teams in the past
  • Have an impressive history in B2B direct sales - especially retention and growth in the corporate segment
  • Know all about managing sales transformation programmes
  • Boast expert written and verbal skills
  • Be able to translate business plans into sales activities.
