Calling all National Account Managers and Controllers

We're currently recruiting for a range of National Account Manager and National Account Controller positions for clients across the UK. We’re looking for the following skills and experience:

• FMCG training preferably with a "blue chip" business, either as part of a graduate scheme or otherwise
• Degree level or equivalent educational background
• Strategic thinking; evidence of implementing and/or developing strategy helps
• Highly commercial; evidence of joint business planning with grocery customers and comfortable managing P&L and negotiating cost price increases
• Leadership; evidence of leading and inspiring cross-functional teams to achieve great results
• Impact; ability to manage upwards internally and handle top to top negotiations with UK top 4 retailers
• Ambition; we're not looking for people who want to hang around; we're looking for the Sales Directors of tomorrow, today!
