Our client is North West business who have built an excellent reputation for high quality products. They produce a range of products for the Wholesale/ Foodservice sector and they are now seeking to strengthen their team with the appointment of an incredibly dynamic and credible National Account Manager.

Joining a structured and highly effective team, the role of National Account Manager will be specifically focused on their wholesale customers. The primary objective of this will be to retain and then grow the accounts. You will work closely with the entire commercial team to bring exciting new products to market as well as managing the day to day challenges of working with these demanding and exacting customers whilst delivering profitable business. Our client will provide you with excellent training and support to enable you to reach and exceed your targets in return for your commitment and dedication.

To be successful in this role as National Accounts Manager you must have experience dealing with the major wholesalers delivering a food product and you must have a genuine and tangible passion for food. You will have demonstrable experience of working closely with the Wholesalers and their end users conducting range reviews and generating marketing support. In return for this exciting opportunity you will be rewarded with a basic salary circa £40k-£45k along with a bonus scheme based upon achievement of targets. You can be based in the North West/ West Yorkshire, East or West Midlands  or South towards London for this role but will need to be prepared to travel nationwide for meetings.
