Purpose and context of role:
To implement targeted communication campaigns across LMG’s media platforms, primarily focussed on new coupon delivery channels Points Update Mailing, Coupons at Till, Direct Mail and email. Project managing the process of both data and creative to deliver these campaigns. To co-ordinate with one of our key suppliers / partners and commercial team to ensure end to end campaign execution. To have a full understanding of the LMG’s data tool (Self Serve) being based one day a week at Unilever to support users with the tool.
Responsibilities:
Responsible for interpreting client’s brief, and implementing this through the appropriate campaign tool. Working on proposals Project managing campaigns on behalf of the commercial team. Duties to include; targeting, budgets, timings, creative and liaising both with the client and internal teams to ensure the campaign is delivered in a timely manner to a high standard. Responsible for quality control of campaigns and ensuring that campaign best practice and Sainsbury’s guidelines is adhered to at all times Provide full Status reporting and campaign reporting to the account teams and key stakeholders where required Provide on-site support to one of our key Clients, Self Serve users by helping them to run and interpret reports Responsible for the management of a Graduate Account Executive
Requirements:
Vitality and passion for a career in marketing and working with customer insight data and communications. University degree - ideally (marketing major preferred); or equivalent business experience Proven relevant postgraduate experience, with client-related marketing or marketing research experience. Retail or FMCG experience preferred. Experience of targeted communications (ideally using retailer customer data) would be hugely beneficial. Knowledge of working with data is very important Proven organisational skills and the ability to run more than one project at a time while maintaining attention to detail. Administrative excellence is a requirement of the role. Excellent project management well organised and detail orientated. Ability to communicate to a range of audiences, internal and external.. Willing to accept responsibility and deliver results under pressure. High energy, proactive and a team player. Commercial ambition. Pragmatic and adaptable.
