THE COMPANY

As such the business is looking to recruit a high caliber Sales Controller to further drive success.
THE ROLE
Reporting to the Head of Sales, in this role you’ll be accountable for the development and implementation of sales strategy for a defined account portfolio in line with company objectives via the successful management and development of a team of account managers and internal resources. You'll create and deliver strategic plans which increase brand visibility whilst retaining premium brand positioning, and an increased sales performance.
THE PERSON
Ideally from FMCG or premium consumer goods with a proven track record of success in both managing people and account management. Successful individuals must have the ability to communicate effectively at all levels, coupled with the commercial savvy and analytical thinking required to operate in a ever changing environment.
