Driven and motivated by the challenge of uncapped rewards in an Outbound Sales role. All made more exciting within a newly admitted AIM listed financial service company.

Passionate about selling innovative products to the SME and large corporate market.

A competitive team player, always looking to top the leaderboard and benefit from exceeding monthly sales targets from day 1.

About the job

As a BDE / BDM you will:

  • Have experience and measurable success in outbound selling (primarily phone based)
  • Be a results driven professional (eager to exceed KPI’s)
  • Have excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
  • Be self-motivated and dedicated to exceed any set targets
  • Be a natural networker, inquisitive and passionate
  • Have the ability to work in a dynamic setup and entrepreneurial environment
  • Have the knowledge and ability to use web based CRM system

You will be responsible for:

  • Networking, sourcing leads and pipeline management
  • Calling a targeted group of potential clients to pitch our corporate payments and expense solutions
  • Exceeding monthly sales targets through a combination of outbound calling, networking and researching new clients and industries
  • Planning and undertaking a daily work schedule to contact new and existing leads to ensure maximum sales achieved each day and month
