Business Development Manager (N.E. England/ Yorkshire)
Stepper is an established and fast growing organisation acknowledged as one of the most successful and highly respected suppliers of quality ophthalmic frames in the UK today. Due to the impending retirement of one of our established colleagues we require an experienced and highly capable business development manager to join our successful team, reporting directly to the Commercial Director.
The role:
Develop and implement your own territory business/sales plan Generate new business and maximise potential from existing accounts for our extensive and exclusive collections You will have:
A proven successful Business Development track record Credibility/experience in selling at Director/Senior Management level and Owner Managers Excellent planning, prospecting, presentation, negotiation and relationship building skills Drive, ambition, resilience, enthusiasm and integrity. We offer:
