The Role:

Senior National Account Manager required for leading FMCG Fresh Produce manufacturer. This will role will involve account managing a Major Top Grocery account for £100M pa.

Reporting to a Head Of Retail, you will have total autonomy in the role, with responsibility for designated sales targets and portfolio growth, enabling you to run your business unit cost effectively ensuring development of your customer base and an increase in growth and distribution.

You will be required to take a strategic approach to the role, developing strong relationships and partnerships with your client. Dealing with senior decision makers, you will be a very confident and skilled presenter and negotiator.

An excellent networker you will have an excellent eye for identifying and creating opportunities in existing clients.

You will have the support and backup of a highly dedicated, effective and company-focused team who will support you in all area's to ensure that you have all the support and tools necessary to succeed. This is a superb opportunity for the successful candidate.

Requirements:

Senior NAM / Controller level within Food FMCG.
Ideally fresh produce / short shelf life experience, but flexible
Experience of Top Grocery sector essential.
Strong relationship builder.
Honest, reliable, trustworthy.
Work well under pressure.
Highly resilient, charismatic and outgoing.
Strong confidence levels.


Package:

Salary: £400 - £500 per day (5 days a week)
