It’s an exciting time to join blu. The world’s biggest e-cig brand has just launched in the UK, and we’ve hit the ground running with 20,000 stockists, the largest UK Facebook following of any e-cigarette company and an e-commerce site that sells blu direct to our loyal customers.

 Based in the field, you’ll be the face of blu (UK) across the wholesale and independent channel. You’ll enjoy generous holidays, a bonus scheme and get any training you need (in house or external) to develop your career with us. 

About the job

You’ll:

• Engage with senior contacts across the channel and promote our brand at conferences and with trade publications

• Develop and implement a commercial strategy for the wholesale and independent channel that meets and exceeds sales targets

• Lead, develop and coach the wholesale and independent team, including our third party sales force provider, to build a high performing team culture

• Lead the development of channel Supply Chain and Financial controls initiatives

• Measure and report on commercial results for the channel

About you

You’ll have:

• A degree in economics, business, marketing or an equivalent subject

• Demonstrable success in a recognised FMCG environment

• Extensive live knowledge of the wholesale and independent channel customer base 

• Exceptional and robust leadership skills, with a desire to develop others

• Excellent communication, presentation and analytical skills 

• Natural confidence, resilience and tenacity
