About the job:

  • As National Key Account Manager, you will manage the interface between Castrol and your client portfolio, in order to maintain excellent client relationships and to drive business growth.
  • You will develop a strategic key account plan with the client, aligned to Castrol’s business and marketing strategies and any strategic partnerships in place.
  • You will use your creativity to build new relationships and create new opportunities for business growth.
  • As an expert in your industry, you will seek to keep your market knowledge up to date and foster excellent relationships with internal and external stakeholders internationally.
  • It will be your responsibility to manage all revenues and costs associated with your accounts and maximise account profitability.

About you:

Essential experience:

  • University degree or equivalent.
  • Substantial experience in a B2C Account Management role
  • Experience of working in a matrix organisation with complex customer interfaces

Desirable experience:

  • Any experience of working in a Blue Chip FMCG organization. 
  • Experience of managing negotiations at multiple levels.
