Bob Martin (UK) Ltd is the clear market leader in the supply and manufacture of a diverse range of an increasingly complete range of pet care products products to the multiple grocers. With a strong brand, strong NPD and a willingness to supply branded or private label solutions across all areas of the business, the company is seeing enviable growth both in the UK and overseas. With further expansion planned a senior recruit is needed (ideally based) at our Head Office in Yatton, Somerset to develop and exploit the current momentum.

Senior National Account Manager – Top 4 Multiple

Reporting to the Commercial Director, you will take full commercial responsibility for managing and developing the business with one (or more) of the UK’s top 4 multiples.  Your priority will be to deliver the companies NPD strategy whilst cultivating a relationship with the account that identifies and delivers additional opportunities outside of current trading.

We are looking for self motivated, graduate calibre applicants who already have a track record of managing a top 4 customer - the industry does not matter as long as you can demonstrate the initiative and tenacity to succeed in this challenging environment. Working as part of a small, hard-working, multi-disciplinary team it will be important that you possess the skills to lead, follow and support the team in equal measure whilst having the ability and ambition to move on to another level.

Managing branded and private label introductions the candidate must have excellent relationship skills and be able to establish strong working relationships across commercial and technical functions and at all levels within the account to ensure all stakeholders are part of a winning team.
