Regional Manager - Leading Retailer

An exciting opportunity has arisen with a retailer who was named by the Sunday Times as one of the 25 best big companies to work for. The business is on an upward trajectory and is growing their revenue stream by always being at the forefront of innovation, customer excellence and communication.

They are looking to strengthen their team with the appointment of a field-based Regional Manager covering a territory that spans around 25 retail outlets.

A driven leader, you will manage a team of store managers and drive sales, service and performance, using your commercial experience and enthusiasm to motivate the workforce across your region. You’ll keep an eye on all people KPIs including absence, performance, engagement and attrition, coaching and developing individuals and teams where necessary.

Key aspects of the role:

• Lead, motivate, develop and inspire a team of Store Managers
• Deliver to P&L targets within the region
• Create a culture of first class standards, high performance and a passion for delivery across all stores
• Drive operational compliance, efficiency and security by making sure all stores adhere to policy, process and procedure
• Stay up to date with the ever changing business proposition offerings, products and services
