Job Details
A fantastic opportunity has arisen to join a blue chip FMCG company to join their sales team as a Retail Development Manager in Reading/Guilford area.
Key responsibilities would be:
- Deliver seasonal business targets in your nominated retail stores while working to company targets to exceed the business targets for the year.
- Influence your customers at both stores and account area manager level to step change customer engagement and to deliver the best the best results for the brand.
- Make innovations and events huge.
- Explain to customers the marketing and category opportunities in line with the brand.
- You would be responsible for your own performance and develop solutions alongside your retail sales managers.
- Communicate and learning with RSM suggesting amendments to targets, strategies & tactics as appropriate.
- Understanding your customers and competitor behaviour.
Candidate should be:
- Proven track record of demonstrating initiative & delivering results.
- At least 6 months in FMCG sales
- Degree educated
- Demonstrable commercial acumen
- Positive, flexible and confident attitude
- Clean driving licence
