National Account Manager – Convenience

Yoplait is a highly successful , branded Yogurt and Desserts business with over  61%* share of the kids chilled yogurt and desserts market in the UK and a portfolio of highly recognisable brands such as Petits Filous, Frubes, Wildlife, Perle de Lait, Calin+, Liberte and Weight Watchers, plus others. With strong TV advertising investment behind its key brands and an active NPD programme the business is well positioned for continued future growth.

Right now, we’re looking for a National Account Manager to join our Convenience team.

The NAM role will have full P&L responsibility for a portfolio of major customers in the Retail Convenience and Wholesale trade channels. Used to working with market data to drive category fact-based solutions and developing joint customer business plans, you are dynamic, flexible, driven and enthusiastic with the capability of progressing further within the organisation. Your commercial acumen, negotiation ability and relationship building skills set you apart from your peers.

Of graduate calibre, you will have previous experience of working in a recognised FMCG branded food/drink or non-food business. You could already be an NAE/Junior NAM and now looking to step up to the next level. Alternatively you could be an established NAM with relevant experience but wanting to work in a smaller, hands-on, team environment where you will have plenty of responsibility and autonomy to make your mark.

Your specific channel or product category experience is less important   Above all, you must demonstrate the relevant commercial skills and the personal passion and drive to succeed.

The job role is home based (South or Midlands) with a requirement to attend the company’s South-East based Head Office on a weekly basis.
