A rare opportunity has arisen for an exceptional Field Sales Manager to do just that. As an experienced People Manager with proven structured training skills - we need you to continue to drive business forward through your National Sales Team to achieve ambitious growth targets with leading Key Sports Retailers and Independent Accounts alike.
Highly self organised but focused on team performance, you're an energetic networker with keen commercial instincts and the two years track record in People Management to prove it. Whilst experience within the Sports or a similar 'fast paced industry' would be an advantage of more importance is your sixth sense for working ahead of the curve - predicting where the crowds are heading next you'll know what trends and products will keep this company ahead of its competitors. Your effective interpersonal communication will see you linking with national accounts teams, marketing. logistics, and operations and you'll understand how to bring product to market.
In short - this exceptional opportunity allows you to combine your formal sales training and commercial savvy in a marketplace that you have a passion for.
