MVNO Pricing Manager

The job:

We’re EE. And our vision is to provide the best network and best service so our customers trust us with their digital lives. We’re doing that by building a new digital backbone for Britain and offering a great experience to each and every one of our customers – through our stores, in our centres and online. But we can only achieve our vision by having great people working for us. People who are empowered, supported, challenged – and rewarded. That’s why the Sunday Times named us one of the Best Big Companies to Work For. But why take their word for it? Come and see for yourself.

The Mobile Marketing function is a growth engine for EE. It identifies and secures key partners, developing long term commercial opportunities in the process – both in the B2B and consumer markets. Within the function, we have our Mobile Virtual Network Operator (MVNO) team, which covers 29 brands across the Consumer Mass Market, Consumer Ethnic and B2B Segments, either directly with EE or indirectly through our two MVNO aggregators. As the team’s new Pricing Manager, you’ll lead the evolution of the MVNO pricing model, while supporting the analysis and management of MVNO pricing policy.

What you’ll do:

• Manage and evolve the MVNO pricing, pricing policy and in-life management
• Work across market leading, commercial projects for high-profile clients – providing insights into key MVNO topics
• Be the P&L owner for your area, working closely with the Head of Commercial
• Support the wider MVNO pricing policy.

You’ll definitely:

• Have a relevant qualification or degree level education
• Know the telecommunications B2B and consumer segments and have managed a P&L
• Have worked in the telecommunications industry in a client facing role
• Be commercially savvy, having commercially led cross-business teams.

What’s in it for you:

• Competitive salary
• Pension
• Private Healthcare
• Bonus
• Company car or cash alternative
• Life assurance
• 25 days’ holiday
• Discounted mobile phone package
• Discounted products and services, as well as a range of other benefits.
