Location: UK


The Role:

A fantastic export sales position has become available with a leading provider of interior and exterior decoration products.

This newly created role has become available due to growth and increasing business opportunities within the international market.

Your remit will be to pro-actively identify and appoint a network of new distributors across target regions including Western Europe, Eastern Europe, Middle East and North America.

You will have responsibility for developing and implementing strategic growth plans, conducting business reviews, develop the on-going relationships with your distributors, marketing campaigns, making regular visits to your clients and achieving the agreed sales targets for your territory.

Successful applicants will need to have recent experience in an FMCG / consumer goods export sales position, experience within homewares, arts & crafts or similar would also be advantageous.


Our Client:

Our client is a well-established provider of a wide range of interior and exterior decoration products with a strong presence within the UK retail market. Due to increasing opportunities they are now looking to appoint an Export Sales Manager to help them develop their business further in International markets.


Essential Requirements:

Recent experience in an FMCG / Consumer Goods export sales position.
Experience in appointing and managing in country distributors.
Strategic new business development skills.
Good relationship builder.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong negotiator.
Commercially astute.
Positive and enthusiastic.
Highly self-motivated.
Able to travel internationally as and when required.


Package:

Basic Salary: £40,000-£45,000
Commission: £20,000 OTE Uncapped
Benefits: Mobile, Laptop, Expenses
