As one of the UK’s leading manufacturer of bakery products my client offers a wide array of premium branded and own label goods. Their impressive portfolio included both chilled & frozen breads, pastries and savoury bakery products. My client is a market leader within the bakery industry and has won numerous awards commending this. They have a very strong presence within the retail and foodservice channels. The business is growing rapidly due to the constant launch of new products and the acquisition of new customers. The company are very ambitious and have a focused growth plan for the future. Due to the extensive growth and the future plans, my client is now seeking a Retail Marketing Manager to join their team.

As Retail Marketing Manager you will be responsible for delivering strategic projects to the market ensuring all tools are available to ensure execution within store and effective delivery to customers. Working within the brand guidelines you will ensure consistent presentation across all convenience customers. Marketing communication will play an important role within this position and you will deliver all marketing communications including in store POS, product brochures and website content. Based in the company’s brand new innovation centre you will work alongside NPD and sales to ensure all activity is up to date and relevant. You will manage the key agencies the company chooses including online, PR, design and print.

In order to be considered for the opportunity you will currently be working within a busy marketing team at either Assistant Brand or Marketing Manager level. Experience of executing full solutions in store is essential as is the ability to turn strategy and plans into actions. Although not essential ideally you will have some knowledge of online and digital marketing.
