Head of Category / Innovation

As Category and Innovation head you will manage and lead a team whilst setting and implementing the strategic vision across all trade channels. We are looking for someone who can:

*Create and maintain a compelling vision for the category based on consumer, customer and shopper insights.

*Lead and support customer/outlet/portfolio segmentation to enable choices to be made regarding strategy/allocation of resources/prioritisation etc

*Develop and execute customer category plans across 4Ps - "products, pricing, promotions, place" to deliver group strategy and objectives. *Build organisational category capability - from insights to strategy to execution.

In order to be successful in this role you must demonstrate a progressive career to date gained in a branded FMCG environment have worked across grocery and convenience / impulse and possess excellent category management skills. You must be of Graduate calibre and have experience of direct line management.
