As Customer Development / National Account Manager, you’ll join our business at an exciting time as we’re implementing new routes to market. We have two new vacancies reporting to our Europe Sales Director, you’ll take responsibility for business development and P&L for Pets At Home or our grocery channel, managing accounts such as Tesco, ASDA, Morrison’s and Sainsbury’s. Key Customer Development / National Account Manager accountabilities include:

- defining and implementing national sales and pricing strategies, together with a clear business and category development strategy for your accounts
- leading key account negotiations
- ensuring national agreements are implemented and optimised
- close collaboration with the Trade Marketing Manager to create customer-specific promotional trade programmes.

Educated to degree level, you’ll be a successful National Account Manager and experienced in developing and executing JBP’s. You will be customer focused, an excellent negotiator and have the ability to build strong, lasting relationships.

This is a Customer Development / National Account Manager field based role but our Fishcare team are based out of our Mars Petcare & Food head office in Waltham, Leicestershire therefore there is a need to be office based 1 or 2 days per week.
