Business Development Executive (Grocery)

Full Time, Permanent roles

Working Monday – Friday, 37.5 hours per week

Salary: £17,000 + Company Car + up to 50% bonus opportunity

Territory: We currently have 2 positions covering the following areas:

Location: Position 1: Twickenham, Kingston, Sutton, Redhill, Croydon

Position 2: Oxford/Swindon/Milton Keynes/Gloucester

You will be working for REL Field marketing to fulfil the role of Business Development Executive on our Molson Coors team.

Resource Experience Limited (REL) was formed in 1995 to meet the increasing demand from business to outsource resources. REL is owned by The Blueprint Group, which represents one of the world’s largest field marketing and retail service groups.

You will be responsible for:

  • Calling upon the major Grocery multiples (Tesco, Morrison’s, Sainsbury’s, Asda) within your territory
  • Developing and maintaining excellent in store relationships with key decision makers
  • Maximising Brand awareness and communicating new product opportunities and promotions
  • Obtaining additional displays, increase the visibility and availability of the product and ensure stock levels are maintained
  • Reporting Daily

You will have:

  • Held a full UK (or European) driving licence for a minimum of 12 months
  • A passion for completing all tasks to the highest standard and be driven by results
  • Very strong relationship building skills and pride yourself in your ability to deliver excellent customer service
  • The ability to work on your own initiative and effectively manage your own workload
  • Adaptability and a positive attitude to change
